As a form of commitment to continue improving the quality of superior IT human resources, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) launched the BRI IT Internship Bootcamp Program or BRI IT Camp.
BRI Human Capital Director Agus Winardono explained that IT Camp is an apprenticeship program that functions as a forum for participants who have interest and expertise in the IT field. “In this way, they can collaborate and channel their skills so that they can come up with various solutions in the field of financial services needed by the community,” he explained.
Through this program, IT Camp participants have the opportunity to continue their careers at BRI, like IT Camp Batch 1, which previously succeeded in recruiting more than 40 IT talents. In connection with this, BRI invites Indonesian IT talents to join in realizing their dreams through the BRI Batch 2 2023 IT Camp program.
Registration for BRI BRI IT Camp Batch 2 is open from 22 December 2023 – 14 January 2024 on line via the page bbri.id/ITCampBRI2. Registration is open for talents IT S1/Master graduates from the fields of Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics & Statistics (majors outside the IT field but who have experience in the IT field are welcome to apply) with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 for S1 graduates and 3.25 for Masters graduates. Apart from that, the maximum age limit for participants who can take part in this program is a maximum of 25 years for undergraduate graduates and 27 years for master's graduates.
IT Camp Batch 2 will be held at the BRI Jakarta office. After completing internship activities and undergoing a final evaluation, participants who are able to demonstrate good performance have the opportunity to receive recommendations to continue their career at BRI/BRI Group as Management Trainee BRI through the BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) IT or as BRI IT Project Officer.
“The company will select quality applicants to work and develop the best potential at BRI. Later, the selected candidates will have the opportunity to continue to grow and learn in order to make the best contribution to Indonesia,” added Agus Winardono.
