Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Poco released its newest entry level cellphone Poco C65. The first cellphone to be released in 2024 has an affordable price starting from IDR 1 million. With a low price, this cellphone is equipped with various powerful capabilities for playing games. Apart from that, it also includes other features that make everyday life easier, such as NFC and RAM up to 16 GB.
The performance of the Poco C65 is supported by the Helio G85 combined with a large RAM option. Namely 6 GB RAM and 6 GB RAM extension and 8 GB RAM and 8 GB RAM extension, so that it can produce a total of 16 GB RAM.
For the internal memory options presented for the Poco C65, 6 GB RAM is 128 GB and 8 GB RAM is 256 GB.
The embedded specifications are capable of beating games such as Free Fire Max and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang with smooth graphics and an average FPS of up to 60. Meanwhile, the AnTuTu score is claimed to reach more than 290,000 points.
This cellphone also runs the Android 13 operating system wrapped in the MIUI 14 interface. Poco promises that the C65 will get security updates for up to three years.

In terms of design, this phone is quite light at 192g. It comes in 2 color choices, namely Black and Purple. On the screen there is a waterdrop-shaped notch which contains an 8 MP selfie camera accompanied by a soft light ring.
On the back there is a 50MP main camera (5P macro lens f1/8), a 2MP macro camera (f2/4), and an additional lens. This device's camera is supported by AI capabilities.
The Poco C65 itself comes with a 6.74 inch screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The screen has a brightness level of up to 600 nits with protection from Gorilla Glass. And TÜV Rheinland certification to protect eyes from blue light.
Poco is providing a discount of IDR 50 thousand for the promotional period 4-10 January 2024.
