Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Bank Indonesia decided to raise the benchmark interest rate to 6.25%. This increase in interest rates, sooner or later, will affect the interest rate on home ownership loans (KPR). This also makes it increasingly difficult for Gen Z to buy a house because the installment prices are high.
